Utopia: A Sci-Fi world build from Mylar and Air.
Nicole collaborated with the 5th grade class at McMeen Elementary School in Denver CO.

My artwork is a tube system that will get you from one point to another point. My big idea for my artwork is to have more ways for transportation that is more environmentally friendly. The goals for my artwork are for it to help the world.
My artwork is an inflatable piece that is made out of mylar. It represents a cloud sculpture that is holding up all of the homes, shops, schools, etc. The big idea of our artwork was to make a perfect world where everyone walks on the clouds feeling comfortable all the time. There is also a rainbow slide that sends you down to land to get natural resources. My group’s goal was to just make our inflatable nice and finish on time. I’m excited to see what everyone’s sculpture looks like together.
My artwork is an inflatable sculpture made out of mylar. My inflatable sculpture represents a dolphin with eagle wings and a snake tail. I chose the animal group because animals are helpful. For example, animals help disabled people by guiding them. My goal for my sculpture was to show how animals should be in our Utopia. It was an honor to work with mylar and in the future I am totally going to use mylar again.
Our space plane gives people ice cream. Also, it can freeze people that are evil.
My artwork represents my hopes and dreams for freedom. It is an inflatable made of mylar. My space plane is a patrol plane that can help the homeless.
My artwork is an inflatable made of mylar. My group’s artwork represents ice cream for homeless people. In addition, it is an air police that gives protection to people. I hope people like this artwork and enjoy seeing it.
My artwork is an inflatable sculpture made from a material called mylar. In art class, we were told or asked, “What is your vision for a better world?” With my assigned group, we brainstormed ideas on what our utopia would look like. The big idea behind our artwork was to create a hotel filled with billions of rooms for all people to live. We also made a bridge connecting to another building. The other building helped by giving all humans equal education. Our sculpture is called Peace Island. I am excited to show my community our utopia and show them what a better world can do for me and everyone in the world.
My artwork is a dragon that is made of mylar. This dragon represents safety and protection for people. My group used mylar and we had to draw a head similar to a dragon. We made the body by making a cylinder. Our dragon is helping save people from getting hurt or getting more damaged.
My artwork is an octopus alien. It has four legs, one body, two arms, and four tentacles. My goals are to make it into a utopia for the community. I learned that you could dream what ever you want. I decided that everybody is the same even if you look different.
My artwork is a time machine that gives you the ability to in different periods of time to learn about history. The main idea of my artwork is a source of education. I was inspired to create this because everyone dreams of a time machine. So a time machine would be perfect for a Utopia. During the process of making this time machine it gave me the ability to expand my creative side, and helped me to work with my peers. So, making this Utopia was very important. I hope you enjoy our inflatables.
